Contact the Fulton County Commission of
Disability Affairs (CODA), Access Committee,
using this form to report barriers to physical
and/or programmatic accessibility. Note
that Fulton County is only able to directly
address physical barriers which
are located in unincorporated Fulton
County, or programs and services which
are provided by Fulton County government, and
located in Fulton County Facilities.
However, should your issue/concern not meet the
above criteria,
every effort will be made to connect you with
the appropriate municipality to resolve your
issue.

Commission on Disability Affairs |
Contact Established by a Resolution of the Board
of Commissioners on June 3, 1992 to replace the
Blue Ribbon Citizens'
Panel on Disability Affairs which expired on
April 15, 1992. This Commission will will
identify and review factors in Fulton County
which most directly affect the quality of life
for persons with disabilities and make
recommendations to the Board of Commissioners.
